Delivery

We offer multiple shipping options for within the UK and to the rest of the world using Royal Mail. Select your preferred service at checkout. Prices are calculated when an item is added to the cart. See below for delivery time estimates:

UK: 2-4 working days

Europe: 4-7 working days (possible delays)

Rest of the world: 5-10 working days (possible delays)

 

Orders From Outside The UK

Please note that there may be taxes, duties and handling fees charged when importing goods internationally. These charges are at the discretion of local laws and the carrier. These charges will not be covered by Hexton, and therefore it is useful to research these from your local custom office before purchasing to avoid any unexpected charges.

 

Missing or Delayed Delivery

Occasionally, there can be problems with delivery that are beyond our control. We will always send the package with the postage service that you have selected and retain proof of postage. We encourage our customers to select tracked delivery so that it is easier to address any potential issues with missing items. You will be emailed with the tracking information directly from Royal Mail so you can keep track of your order. If your order does not arrive within 10 days of the expected delivery date, email us at hello@hextonsunglasses.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Claims for loss must be made within 80 calendar days of the date of posting, or no claim will be entertained. Royal Mail will have 30 days to state the outcome of the claim.

A refund or replacement will be issued at the end of the claims process if applicable.
