What are the delivery options?
We ship to the UK with Royal Mail 2nd class service and to the rest of the world with tracked delivery. See below for prices and delivery estimates:
UK: 2-4 days
Europe: 4-7 days
Rest of the world: 5-10 days
Where is my order confirmation email?

What is the returns policy?
We understand that from time to time things don’t go to plan and you may wish to return a product to us. If we sent you the wrong order by mistake, or you received something that became damaged during its journey to you, we will provide a full refund including shipping.
We have a free 5 day UK return policy and a 30-day conditional returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. The 30 day returns policy applies globally and requires you to arrange returning the products to us.
For returning products within 5 days you will simply need to take this to your local post office to return the item. To get the ball rolling drop us an email to hello@hextonsunglasses.com saying you wish to return the products received.

You contact us prior to returning the product
We receive the returned product within 30 days following the original date of delivery of the product to you.
The returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
Customers are liable for any loss/damage of items during return.
Product materials
All styles are made to the highest standards, with reinforced polycarbonate and polyetherimide frames featuring industrial grade aluminium screw hinges and scratch resistant, UV400 Category 3 lenses.
Do these lenses protect my eyes from the sun’s rays?
All our lenses fall within Category 3 tinted lens featuring full UV400 protection, blocking 100% of harmful rays. Our lenses have a balanced filter that reduces glare, protects your eyes and are excellent for driving. For the time being, we do not supply polarised lenses.
What if I’m not happy with the fit of my frames?
We want you to love the look and feel of your new frames, so if they fit anything less than comfortably, let us know! Our glasses are only available in one set size, but we’d be happy to recommend a style that might fit you better. We also offer a free 5 days return policy if items are in a resalable condition.
What happens if my glasses break?
We are happy to offer a refund or replacement pair if they break within one month of receiving them, just email hello@hextonsunglasses.com with a picture of the damaged item. Unfortunately, after this period we are unable to offer compensation as this will be attributed to wear and tear.
