Returns

We understand that from time to time things don’t go to plan and you may wish to return a product to us. If we sent you the wrong order by mistake, or you received something that became damaged during its journey to you, we will provide a full refund including shipping.

Returns Policy

UK (excluding the Republic of Ireland): For returning products within 5 days of receiving them, please email us and we will email a postage label to you. Simply package up the product, attach the label and take it to your local post office. Upon it’s arrival back to us, we will issue a full refund as long as the returns policy conditions below are met. The product can also be returned to us within 30 days but after 5 days has passed since receipt of the product, the delivery cost must be paid for by the customer, unless the item was incorrectly fulfilled by us.

Rest of the world: Returns from outside of the UK must be arranged for and paid for by the customer unless the item was incorrectly fulfilled by us. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned product as long as the returns policy conditions below are met.

To initiate a return, drop us an email to hello@hextonsunglasses.com saying you wish to return the products received with any relevant pictures.

For items that arrive damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge or a full refund.

Returns policy conditions:

You contact us prior to returning the product.
We receive the returned product within 30 days following the original date of delivery of the product to you.
For damaged or incorrectly sent products, please send a picture to us.
The returned product is unused, in its original packaging and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. Customers are liable for any loss of items during return.

Breakages:

We are happy to offer a refund or replacement pair if your sunglasses break within six months of receiving them, just email hello@hextonsunglasses.com with a picture of the damaged item. Unfortunately, after this period we are unable to offer compensation as this will be attributed to wear and tear.
