We understand that from time to time things don’t go to plan and you may wish to return a product to us. If we sent you the wrong order by mistake, or you received something that became damaged during its journey to you, we will provide a full refund including shipping.
We have a free 5 day UK return policy and a 30-day conditional returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. The 30 day returns policy applies globally and requires you to arrange returning the products to us.
For returning products within 5 days, please package up the product and simply take it to your local post office to return via signed service. Upon it’s arrival back to our PO box we will add the delivery charges you incurred to the refund total. To get the ball rolling drop us an email to email@example.com saying you wish to return the products received.
Returns policy conditions:
You contact us prior to returning the product.
We receive the returned product within 30 days following the original date of delivery of the product to you.
The returned product is unused, in its original packaging, with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. Customers are liable for any loss of items during return.
